  • Delivery is impossible due to internal issues on our side

Refunds do not apply to completed or partially delivered work unless stated otherwise.


2. Processing Fees

  • Any approved refund will exclude reasonable processing, transaction, or gateway fees.
  • These fees are non-refundable.

3. Quality Concerns & Adjustments

If a client is dissatisfied with service quality:

  • Onlinor may offer revisions, discounts, or partial refunds
  • The decision will be based on internal review
  • Onlinor’s decision will be final and binding

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Delays caused by client-side issues
  • Misunderstanding due to unclear instructions
  • Services already approved or delivered

5. Refund Method & Timeframe

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on payment provider
