1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Onlinor fails to deliver the agreed service
- Delivery is impossible due to internal issues on our side
Refunds do not apply to completed or partially delivered work unless stated otherwise.
2. Processing Fees
- Any approved refund will exclude reasonable processing, transaction, or gateway fees.
- These fees are non-refundable.
3. Quality Concerns & Adjustments
If a client is dissatisfied with service quality:
- Onlinor may offer revisions, discounts, or partial refunds
- The decision will be based on internal review
- Onlinor’s decision will be final and binding
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued for:
- Change of mind after work has started
- Delays caused by client-side issues
- Misunderstanding due to unclear instructions
- Services already approved or delivered
5. Refund Method & Timeframe
- Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method
- Processing time may vary depending on payment provider
