These Terms & Refund Policy apply to your use of Onlinor’s website and any services agreed with Onlinor. By using the website or commissioning paid work, you agree to the terms relevant to that interaction. Project-specific proposals or written agreements take precedence where they clearly state different terms.
Website content and educational information
Articles, tutorials and resources are provided for general informational and educational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content useful, but software features, prices, platform rules and technical requirements can change. You are responsible for checking current information and deciding how to apply it to your situation.
Service scope and communication
Services may include website setup, video editing, content support, social media assistance and digital guidance. The exact deliverables, timeline, revisions, required materials and price must be agreed before paid work begins. Estimates may change if the scope changes or required materials arrive late. We will aim to clarify material changes before proceeding.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate project information, materials and feedback in a timely manner.
- Ensure you have the rights or permissions needed for assets you supply.
- Review deliverables and communicate requested changes within the agreed review period.
- Keep your own copies of important source files and credentials; do not send passwords through ordinary email.
Payments, cancellation and refunds
Payment terms and any advance payment will be communicated before work starts. If Onlinor cannot deliver the agreed paid work, you may request a refund for the undelivered portion. A small, reasonable processing or transaction cost may be deducted where it was actually incurred and cannot be recovered.
If you are dissatisfied with the quality of delivered work, contact us with specific details so we can review the issue. Depending on the agreed scope, work completed, the nature of the issue and the available remedy, we may offer a revision, discount or partial refund. Any such resolution will be discussed with you; it is not a guarantee of a particular outcome. Work already completed, third-party costs and approved scope changes may affect the amount refundable.
If you cancel a project after work has started, charges may apply for work already completed and non-recoverable costs. Refund eligibility and any deduction will be assessed against the agreed scope and applicable law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Third-party tools and platforms
Projects may depend on third-party software, hosting, plugins, stock assets or online platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, availability and pricing. Unless explicitly included in a written agreement, third-party subscriptions, licenses and recurring charges are the client’s responsibility.
Intellectual property and portfolio use
Each party retains rights to materials they owned before a project. Ownership or usage rights for final deliverables, editable source files, licensed assets and third-party materials should be agreed as part of the project scope. We will not knowingly claim ownership of client-owned assets. Unless otherwise agreed, Onlinor may ask for permission before displaying client work publicly as a portfolio example.
Acceptable use and availability
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious code or use our services for unlawful purposes. We may update, suspend or remove website content or features when needed for maintenance, security or operational reasons.
